Die Stiftung Missionarische Entwicklungshilfe, kurz SME wird durch die Mägert Unternehmungen (Mägert G&C Bautechnik AG, Mägert BAUKU AG und Mägert &Co. Real Estate usw.) finanziell getragen, um bedürftigen Menschen in Entwicklungsländern mit eigenen Projekten und Projekten von Partnern zuunterstützen.

Der Stiftungszweck umfasst:

Förderung und Unterstützung der Missionarischen Entwicklungshilfe in Drittweltländern: Herstellung und Verteilung von christlicher Literatur; Erstellung und Planung von Versammlungsräumen, Schulen, kirchlichen und wohnlichen Gebäuden; Soziale Entwicklungshilfe und Verbesserung der Lebensqualität in unterentwickelten Ländern; Durchführung von missionarischen Projekten; Medizinische Hilfe.

Die Stiftung hat gemeinnützigen Charakter und verfolgt keinerlei Erwerbszweck.
